The bus is clean and disinfected each day, the staff is very conscious of social distancing and cdc guidelines and there is good communication between personalized and venues concerning any new guidelines that need to be followed. The venues have limited capacity.They do temp checks before leaving. It is a great feeling to be able to go out and socialize and be around others after this last year."

"Personalized Tours may be the smallest, but it stands the tallest in service and its aim is to please. Having undertaken to arrange for a one-day trip to our District's camp near Wild Rose, the outcome was unpredictable inspite of several avenues of advertising to the surrounding area. Of the six companies I contacted, there were no negatives such as "this quote could change tomorrow," " a nonrefundable deposit must be made," or "total payment must be made two weeks in advance of departure." There was no pressure in any sense, still when I had to notify Tracy that it is "not a go," her warm response was, "No problem."
