Our day begins in Verona with a guided tour of Epic Intergalactic Headquarters. A hidden Wisconsin gem, Epic is the Electronic Health Record system that is taking over the world. Odds are your doctor or hospital uses it, or is planning to convert to it soon, with over ⅔ of all hospitals already onboard. The 1100 acre campus features immersive, storybook themes across its building to promote creativity and productivity. We start in the Visitor Center for a 1 hour guided tour before we explore on our own until we’ve worked up an appetite for lunch. With six unique campuses for us to explore: it will be mind-boggling to see.
